Pro Fleet Care, the leader in the mobile rust control industry, announces the retirement of Bill Wilson, their second dealer to join the system when he joined in 2008.

“One day Bob Lawrie, Co-founder of Pro Fleet Care, walked into the service department of the Woodstock Chrysler,” says Greg Lawrie, President and Co-founder of Pro Fleet Care. “At the time, Bill Wilson was working as the service manager. During his brief meeting with Bob, Bill learned about the Pro Fleet Care brand and the opportunity to bring Pro Fleet Care to his local community. Shortly after meeting Bob, Bill spoke with his friends and family and decided to transition to becoming an owner / operator of Pro Fleet Care,” Greg continues. “Bill’s past experience as a service manager and his extensive knowledge of the automotive industry made him a great fit for Pro Fleet Care’s expanding dealer network. In the beginning, we were known for quality workmanship and on site service in and around the local Hamilton area but beyond that people didn’t know who we were. Bill’s outgoing and friendly personality along with his experience and connections in the automotive industry allowed him to develop a strong brand presence and a loyal customer following,” Greg adds. “As the President of Pro Fleet Care, I am very grateful to Bill and all he has done to develop the brand in the Woodstock / Oxford region over the past 18 years. When I learned of his desire to retire I asked him if he would be willing to mentor my son to take over his business and continue serving the loyal clientele that he had developed.”

“Bill has set up a little shop at his farm where he can spend time on projects in his pastime,” says Greg. “He also looks forward to spending more time at his property by the lake.
